Bmw Motorcycle Ride Toulouse

I had a very bad experience in the past when I wanted to buy a new motorcycle. I wanted a white S1000R, a red one was coming and according to the system, you could still change the color. A “guy” arrived to say NO to his salesman, without saying hello, without looking at me and without even explaining. So I bought my next 3 BMWs elsewhere, from an incredible dealership, and run by an incredible man! Vincent, not to name him. Since then, Vincent has hung up his gloves and there have been changes at the Toulouse dealership so I said to myself that I had to try my luck again. So I put my bike in for a service. I appreciated everyone's welcome. It went really well! In addition, the dealership has become very nice. Even if for Toulouse, I find it light. Toulouse and BMW deserve a much bigger complex. I say it again, the dealership is much more beautiful and much more welcoming. It has nothing to do ! Now comes the motorcycle’s turn. Thanks for the tip to change the tires, the person couldn't have known I was going to do it right after. I much less appreciated the fact of thinking about my "non-homologated" license plate precisely when it is (yes I always order a new plate because I hate plates with the dealership advertising banner). Having the feeling of being at a National Police traffic stop is not very pleasant to experience, especially when the tone is there. Almost all of us have experienced the person in uniform who goes around the motorcycle to notice the slightest deviation. The free coffee and technical advice made me smile. Thanks to the receptionist who let me sit on an S1000R because I wanted to validate the height of the saddle to choose for my new car... I configured it on the site to change bikes and asked to be called back, still without success after two weeks. Note: I called myself before the appointment and I was advised not to cancel my LOA after a year even before a study. So, OK, given the sales, I guess BMW just has to stoop to get customers, because that's clearly the impression it gives. There are several of us who share it and several who have gone elsewhere. Conclusion, I ordered elsewhere again. It's the same group, so it's not "serious", but I admit that I would have liked to change dealership. Maybe someday !

Eager to "return" to the 1200 GS, I found my happiness with a magnificent rally version from 2018, full of options at Moto Ride Toulouse. Arthur, the salesman is professional, knowledgeable in the world of motorcycles (despite his young age 😉) and very interpersonal. The workshop gave me a very well serviced and updated motorcycle (consumables). A happy GSist! 👍 The winding roads of Périgord await me...✌️😃
